Returns & Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at office@tthump.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning Your Item Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at office@tthump.com with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken. This applies to fragrances, skincare, and health products.

Please include your order number inside the parcel. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
