Free UK Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.

Delivery Method All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your delivery online at royalmail.com.

Delivery Times Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2-3 business days of dispatch. Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at office@tthump.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
